Both operate under the guidance of an exceptional Executive Chef known for produce-driven, flavour-focused cooking and a commitment to precision.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on Restaurant Manager to take ownership of service across both dining outlets. This role acts as the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, working in close partnership with the Head Chef and the senior F&B leadership to deliver warm, consistent, and polished service.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations across both restaurant concepts
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals
* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional food presentation
* Maintain standards in line with Michelin expectations and the venue’s relaxed yet refined ethos
* Manage rotas, stock, reservations, training, and guest feedback
* Support the F&B Manager in driving performance, consistency, and guest satisfaction
* Ensure every guest experience reflects the ambition to become one of Norfolk’s top dining destinations

* Proven experience in restaurant or bar management within a high-quality hospitality environment
* A natural leader with a hands-on approach

Package
* Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per year (DOE)
* Contract: Full-time
