Job Title: Maintenance Surveyor (x5) Company: Leading Housing Provider Location: North West London (Hybrid – Office/Home/Site) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Circa 51k per annum (depending on experience) Role Summary: We are seeking five Maintenance Surveyors to deliver high-quality maintenance services across the London locality. This role involves technical inspections, diagnosing and specifying repairs, and ensuring works are delivered to specification, budget, and timescales. Key Responsibilities: Investigate, identify, and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues reported by customers or colleagues Carry out pre-, during-, and post-repair inspections to ensure quality and compliance Prepare specifications, including scope of works, quantities, budgeted costs, and timescales Ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently, meeting customer satisfaction targets Maintain accurate data within property management systems Keep up to date with technical, statutory, and regulatory requirements Build and maintain detailed local knowledge of properties, assets, and investment needs Person Specification: Essential: Knowledge of technical, statutory, regulatory, and legislative requirements in maintenance services Ability to prepare and interpret specifications and schedules of work Strong planning and forecasting skills, delivering services within budget and timescales Commercial awareness and focus on value for money Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including intermediate Excel skills) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable: Experience working within social housing or residential property maintenance Benefits: 25 days holiday bank holidays (increasing with service) 3 wellbeing days 2 volunteering days Matched pension up to 12% life cover at 4x salary Enhanced maternity/adoption/paternity pay Private medical, dental & critical illness cover options Flexible benefits including holiday buy/sell scheme Gym discounts & 24/7 virtual GP access Compliance: Role subject to basic DBS and licence check
