We are seeking a multi-skilled tradesperson with supervisory experience to oversee projects, motivate the team and mentor our young apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, supervise, and work alongside the site team and subcontractors, mentor apprentices and actively participate in skilled construction work.
2. Ensure all site operations adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and Company policies, leading by example in safe working practices, conducting inductions, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
3. Monitor project progress diligently, contributing to on-site tasks to maintain the schedule and proactively addressing any potential delays.
4. Uphold and personally demonstrate the highest standards of workmanship and quality control in all tasks performed and overseen.
