Main duties of the job
Candidates must hold either the DMU or PgCert/Dip/MSc in Medical Ultrasound and HCPC (or other professional body) registration.
The role involves performing a range of Non-Obstetric ultrasound examinations, primarily Gynaecological and General Abdominal, with growing services in musculoskeletal and vascular areas.
Applicants should be flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering safe, compassionate patient care. Enthusiasm for learning, sharing skills, and supporting colleagues and students is essential.
Must have a driving license and be willing to travel to community locations; travel expenses are paid from an agreed base clinic.

Education and Qualifications
* UK registered sonographer with a diploma or equivalent in Ultrasound and HCPC registration.
* Evidence of CPD and English language proficiency as required.

Qualifications
* Diploma or BSc in Radiography or equivalent, HCPC registration, Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound, and MSK qualification.
Experience
* Broad medical imaging background with specialist ultrasound knowledge, CPD portfolio, and experience with static and portable equipment.
