This global accessories retailer is looking for a warehouse team manager to oversee their operations within their distribution centre in Crawley. As the warehouse duty manager, you will be responsible for your team to achieve the necessary targets related to productivity & standards. Due to the warehouse operation, there are lots of regulations and procedures to abide to.
The main objective of this role is to coach and develop your team of up to thirty.
Coming from a similar position, you will be an experienced manager who has a flexible management style and has experience having challenging conversations.
The company has a global presence, with lots of opportunities to progress within warehouse operations or other functions of the business.
The role is paying up to £32, for the right candidate. There also a bonus of 12% and a benefits package. The shift patterns are 4 days on and 4 off with weekend work included.
