Job introduction
We are recruiting an experienced Kitchen Supervisor/Chef to work at The Beach House, providing an evening meal for residents. The role involves managing the kitchen, creating menus, ordering food within a budget, and supervising staff.
Beach House offers respite accommodation and support for people with learning difficulties and complex needs.
You should have experience cooking for large groups, knowledge of food safety legislation, and a good sense of humor. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

About the role
The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen operations, plan nutritious menus, and maintain hygiene standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
