Main duties of the job The IHBT provides intensive home based treatment 7 days aweek, 24 hour working as an alternative to hospital admission. The post holder will be responsible for the triage ofreferrals and be responsible for assessments, care-planning and co-ordinationof care delivery within a team approach.
