You'll receive full training and become part of a collaborative environment where data quality is essential to business success.
Job Title: Database Administrator (Trainee Opportunity)
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: To be discussed at application stage
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems
Researching, validating, and inputting new information
Updating existing records, including pricing and product changes
Supporting ongoing data quality and cleansing projects
Managing incoming correspondence and handling data-related queries
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to verify information
Assisting with regular updates and periodic review processes
Supporting wider teams with database-related queries and troubleshootingWhat We're Looking For:
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy is critical
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working with systems and structured data
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn(No prior experience required - full training will be provided!)
