Reporting Line
This position reports to: Service Sales Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The ABB Electrification Service division has expanded its portfolio with a new advisory service product line, consisting of four offering pillars aimed at advising customers on safer, more reliable, and sustainable operations. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with end users and national accounts across London and Southern UK, in collaboration with the service sales team.
2. Understanding customer requirements to generate new sales opportunities, focusing on onboarding new accounts and delivering profitable projects.
3. Generating service sales leads and exploring new market opportunities based on market trends.
4. Increasing service level agreements by developing new accounts and promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
5. Acting as a marketer and salesperson during campaigns, trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings, promoting services such as Service Agreements, Installations, Spares, Maintenance, Upgrades, Advisory Services, and Digital solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience in the Electrification Industry and supporting solutions into end users across various sectors like Food & Beverage, Utilities, Data Centres, Petrochemical, etc.
* Strong sales and marketing background within the Electrification Industry or similar fields.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in English communication.
* UK full clean driving license.
