– 37 Hrs per week. Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm Friday 9am – 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch. This is a temporary role to start immediately. Based in Kearsley.
Job Overview
Our client is looking for 2 temporary support staff to support on a busy helpdesk to assist with a backlog of work.
Duties
1. Handling a high volume of calls (around 100 per day)
2. Logging jobs and making sure jobs are completed
3. Taking messages
4. Updating records
To be successful you will be confident and professional on the phone and have good organisational skills. Previous helpdesk/customer service skills would be beneficial but not essential.
