We are currently looking for a
passionate Casual
Bartender, to join our Great Central Pub on
a casual basis, with an immediate start
to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests
and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive
energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a

Great
Central Pub is located within the walls of The Landmark London Hotel,
Marylebone, and will offer a proud British Menu including breweries &
suppliers from the local area and surrounding countryside.
As a Casual Bartender, your main
duties and expectations for the role will include:

To offer guests suggestions of
the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed
explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving.

To organise and assist with all
mise en place, cleaning and service in the Outlet.
To
prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.
·
To take complete ownership and
responsibility of running of the bar in the Outlet for each meal period.
·
To assist all colleagues with
table service as and when required.
·
To perform any other duties as
requested by Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guest receive
efficient service
You will work the hours according to your availability and
business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts
accordingly.
