Industrial Disease Lawyer / 3+ PQE / Cheshire / GBP 45,000 DOE / An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join its specialist team, offering a competitive package and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.
* Deliver clear, practical legal advice; meet billing targets and manage competing deadlines with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims and ability to manage files independently as a complete case handler.
* Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters; proven billing record.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to remain calm under pressure; attention to detail.
* Good IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication; working knowledge of compliance requirements, relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; driven, conscientious, professional and honest with a personable approach and commitment to ongoing development.
