Are you a compassionate, experienced care professional with a passion for leading others and delivering outstanding care? We're looking for a dedicated Unit Manager to join our care home team in Kingswinford.
In this rewarding role, you’ll lead and support a care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for our residents, many of whom are living with dementia or age-related needs. You’ll play a key role in care planning, team development, medication management, audits and safeguarding.
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a residential care setting
Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care planning
Ability to lead by example, coach others, and maintain a positive team culture
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
