* Review and draft policy wordings with a focus on property damage
* Advise on complex coverage issues/disputes
* Manage claims litigation including subrogated recoveries and Commercial Court/Technology & Construction Court matters
* Play an active role in business development
You
* 5+ years PQE with strong background in insurance/re-insurance law
* Candidates from private practice or in-house within insurance market both considered
* Able to manage complex, high value matters with minimal supervision
* Ambitious and driven
