Application Support Analyst

We're partnering with a well-established UK organisation undergoing continued investment in its technology function, supporting a range of business-critical systems across multiple sites.

The Role
As an Application Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving a portfolio of core business applications. You'll work across systems, databases, and integrations to diagnose issues, support users, and ensure applications remain stable, performant, and secure. You'll also contribute to ongoing improvements, helping to reduce incidents and enhance system reliability over time.
What we're looking for
* Experience in an application support environment (or similar)
* Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and integrations
* Solid SQL capability for investigation, reporting, and data validation
* Experience working with APIs and system integrations
* Familiarity with structured environments (ITIL / SLAs / incident management)
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
