Salary: £29,348.80 - £30,368 Per Annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus!
Hours: 40 hours a week

This role offers 40 hours per week with flexible shift patterns during our operating hours of 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Please note, we operate all year round—this is not a term-time only position.

About the Nursery Practitioner Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Assist management in delivering the highest standards of care and education for children.
* Collaborate closely with the Room Leader and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Contribute creative ideas to planning, ensuring children receive top-notch learning experiences.
* Liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
* Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
* Meet health and safety and environmental health requirements.
* Promote and ensure safeguarding standards for all children and adults in the setting.
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
