About the Role
You will work closely with our experienced teaching and support staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to pupils across a range of ages and abilities, including those with autism and complex needs.
Your role will include:
* Assessing, planning, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions
* Supporting staff and families with communication strategies
* Contributing to a communication-friendly school environment
* Participating in multidisciplinary planning and training
* Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
* Working with external agencies to provide the best support for our pupils
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Speech and Language Therapy
* HCPC registration
* Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to inclusive, therapeutic person-centred practice
