You’ll benefit from working four days from home, which is perfect for managing your commitments, with just two days in the office each week. The role also offers the flexibility to leave work early when needed to accommodate childcare or other personal responsibilities, ensuring that your work‑life balance stays in check.
In addition, we provide an enhanced loyalty bonus – £2 per hour minimum added to the standard pay rate for that council. You’ll also have the chance to participate in regular team socials, where you can build connections and enjoy downtime with a supportive and friendly team.
