The role Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective SME customers Speaking with business owners to understand their needs and introduce appropriate logistics solutions Managing activity and progress through a CRM system Working towards clear monthly and quarterly targets Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth go‑live experience Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and being out in the field.
