Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to become a Production Team Leader within our client's Hillington site near Glasgow.
Our client has a first-class reputation throughout the thriving spirits industry, and due to continued growth are seeking an organised individual to join their team as a Production Team Leader.
What's on offer:
* Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
* 27,000 per annum
As a Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Implementing operational policies and procedures
* Ensuring production targets are met
* Processing orders
* Operating mechanical and IT systems
* Training, supervising, and appraising staff
* Any other activities deemed necessary to improve the performance of the department
The ideal Production Team Leader will have:
* Experience of working on a production line
* Proficient knowledge of inventory controls
* Excellent computer skills
* Valid driver's licence
