You’ll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.Key responsibilities include:Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targetsDelivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standardsLeading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front-of-house staffDriving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunitiesEnsuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulationsManaging stock control, costs, and overall centre profitabilityMonitoring performance and implementing improvements where neededThis aligns with the core focus of the role around customer excellence, financial performance, operational control, and people management.Requirements:Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsProven track record in a sales-driven environmentGood technical/mechanical understandingCommercial awareness with the ability to drive performanceExcellent customer service and communication skillsAll applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
