Junior Property Fee Earner Our client a leading multi office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for a Junior Property Fee Earner to join their property department in Benfleet. The Role * Take instructions from clients * Dealing with sales and purchases of leasehold, freehold, transfer of equity and new build property matters * Preparing contract pack * Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange * Raising client enquiries with solicitors * Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches * Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries * Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions The Candidate * You will have at least 2 year’s residential property experience gained within a reputable law firm, Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish along with new build experience would be preferred * Strong IT skills, experience with case management systems * Able to work to deadlines * Strong communication skills across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders and clients Benefits * Pension * Parking * Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm * 20 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure * Discretionary bonus * Friendly working atmosphere Apply Now If you feel this is the right opportunity for you, Contact Julie Sheridan at JS Legal Recruitment Ltd, quoting reference JSL2317 OR email now your cv or call for a confidential discussion.
