We're looking for a B2B Client Operations Manager to own and optimise the experience for our wholesale partners, ensuring smooth order processing, excellent service, and strong client relationships. What You’ll Do Be the key point of contact for B2B client support and relationship management Oversee the full order lifecycle - from entry to shipping, returns and invoicing Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance Drive process improvements and develop SOPs for scaling operations Track performance metrics (like OTIF) and present data-driven insights What You’ll Bring 2 years in Customer service or sales support (ideally in retail or footwear) Experience working with B2B customers in a retail or wholesale environment.
