Job overview
* The post holder will have responsibility for the daily operational management and patient pathways in the CT department of the RBFT Radiology Department, and they will be working with 2 other Clinical Leads as well as the Operational Lead.
* The post holder will also be involved in the training and development of our growing team along side our CT Practice Educator.
* The post holder will also have input in the strategic development of our service.

Working for our organisation
The CT department at the RBH has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and we have increased our capacity by having 2 additional CT scanners. This expansion has allowed us to develop our Team to enhance our service. We are currently looking for the right Radiographer with the knowledge and experience to support our outpatient service.
Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Person specification
Evidence of excellent communication skills and good leadership.
* At least 5 years post qualification experience
* Ability to motivate others and provide a source of information and advice.
* Ability to work across disciplines and with a wide range of professional groups.
Previous NHS experience within CT
* At least 5 years post qualification experience
* Experience in supervising / mentoring junior staff
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Willingness to travel to all RBFT sites
* Experience of change management process
* Willingness to work flexible hours
