Offer description

Duties include: Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails Filing, photocopying, and scanning legal document Maintaining accurate records and databases Assisting Solicitors and Legal Secretaries with administrative tasks Audio typing of correspondence, legal documents, and case notes The ideal applicant must be comfortable in dealing with the public and have good customer and communication skills. Attention to detail and computer literacy are an integral part of the position. Experience of audio typing would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
