Facilities Management Coordinator
Location: Alder Hey
We are looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to manage and allocate reactive and planned maintenance activities within a busy healthcare PFI environment, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality service delivery.
Role responsibilities
* Manage jeopardy across all reactive, planned and statutory maintenance tasks, prioritising high‑volume workloads to meet SLA and contractual requirements.
* Allocate reactive, planned and statutory works to in‑house engineers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication through agreed channels.
* Monitor PPM, statutory and Schedule 10/14 obligations to maintain full compliance.
* Track performance using live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidence and adherence to PFI requirements.
* Review service reports, identify remedial actions and communicate requirements to engineering or management teams.
Required qualifications
* Previous helpdesk experience within FM, ideally with a hard services and healthcare background.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate, auditable maintenance records.
