Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Looking for a flexible role that fits around your schedule? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team and work across a range of SEN schools in the Andover area.
What the role involves:
* Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs
* Assisting classroom teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines
* Adapting activities and learning materials to suit individual abilities
* Maintaining a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere
We’re looking for people who:
* Are caring, patient, and enthusiastic about helping young people
* Can adapt quickly and work confidently in different school settings
* Are reliable and able to take on ad-hoc, short-notice placements
* Have experience in SEN (desirable but not essential)
* Hold or are willing to obtain a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
