The BTR Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site team and overseeing day to day operations. Hiring, training and developing staff. Carrying out property inspections, walk rounds and inventories to ensure high standards. The person: Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality. Experience leading on site teams. Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
