Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide effective lifeguard services in accordance with professional and organizational standards. To assist in sport and leisure activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and quality service.
Responsibilities
* Administer First Aid as qualified and report incidents according to procedures.
* Follow current health and safety, COSHH, and operational protocols.
* Perform cleaning duties as scheduled, using manual and mechanical equipment safely.
* Set up, dismantle, and store equipment safely.
* Contribute to a customer-focused service environment.
* Supervise children’s activities and parties, adhering to child protection policies.
* Promote and support equality and health & safety initiatives.
* Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Progression Criteria to A2
* Supervise pool activities, identifying hazards and responding appropriately.
* Maintain National Pool Lifeguard qualification through training.
* Perform other duties as appropriate within the role’s scope.
Qualifications
Must hold and maintain a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
