* Head of Science or aspiring Head of Science
* QTS Science Teacher
* In-depth curriculum knowledge across Chemistry, Physics and Biology
* Good leadership skills, to include sharing and working to a vision for the Science Department
* Used to managing a teaching and learning team to successful outcomes
* Confident developing the science curriculum and achieving good exam results
* An exceptional communicator who can not only live but share the values of the school with staff, students, parents, and the community alike
* Able to demonstrate a record of achievement in a high achieving school
