The Role: We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Account Manager to join the social and digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of earned-led storytelling, digital innovation, and measurable impact.
Day to Day:
* Act as a key digital point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs
* Lead day-to-day digital activity for marquee accounts, ensuring flawless execution and delivery
* Develop and implement platform-specific social content and digital strategies
* Monitor and adapt campaigns using analytics and insight
* Apply digital trends and innovation to client briefs and agency thought leadership
* Manage budgets and account performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
* Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting skill development and workload management
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business proposals and pitches
* Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and strategy to deliver high-quality, audience-first content
About You:
* Experienced in digital within a communications agency, with a track record of delivering outstanding PR and social campaigns
* Adept at client management and providing strategic digital counsel
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices—especially LinkedIn
* Broader knowledge of the digital ecosystem including websites, programmatic and display, mobile, search & SEO
* Skilled in content creation, writing, presenting, and reporting
* Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
* Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for digital communications and innovation
* Collaborative, inclusive, and committed to continuous learning
