Vehicle Service Advisor Opportunity
1. Salary: Negotiable starting salary plus a bonus scheme providing on-target earnings around £35,000 per annum.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.

Our client, a large franchise-approved car dealer group situated throughout South/South West England, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Salisbury.
Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside two other Service Advisors and a workshop team, you will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with us, and tracking its progress through our workshops. Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department. Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs. Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner. In the Service Advisor position, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing and registering new cars.
The successful Service Advisor would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy (any experience with Pinewood Pinnacle is preferable), would be of high priority. Due to the nature of this position, previous experience as a Service Advisor or in another customer service-oriented position in the motor trade alongside a UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
