Nottingham University Samworth Academy has an exciting opportunity for a driven and strategic Deputy Head Teacher of Quality of Education.
As Deputy Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, leading on curriculum, achievement, and the overall quality of education. You will join a dynamic and values-led leadership team committed to delivering transformational outcomes for our students.
Your main responsibilities within this role will be:
* Lead all aspects of curriculum design, implementation, and impact
* Strategically drive whole-school achievement and raise standards
* Oversee pupil premium and catch-up funding strategies
* Support vulnerable students and those with additional needs
* Lead staff development, wellbeing, and professional growth
* Strengthen student leadership and voice across all year groups
* Enhance parental engagement and external partnerships
* Contribute to school improvement planning and leadership development
