Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk are:
3. Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
4. dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices
5. Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
6. Allocating invoices on to the system
7. Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
8. Prepare payment runs
9. Processing expenses
10. Resolving queries in a timely manner
The Successful Applicant
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will posses:
11. AAT Qualified
12. Manufacturing background would be beneficial
13. Strong purchase ledger experience
14. Excellent Microsoft skills including excel
15. Experience with Sage
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Strong team player
18. Attention to detail
