The Role
As Product Domain Director, you will own a major part of the product portfolio, guiding its long-term vision, strategy, and execution.
You will:
* Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Product Managers
* Shape and deliver a clear product roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
* Partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams
* Become the internal expert for your product domain, guiding decisions across the business
* Build strong customer insight and turn it into product direction
* Drive portfolio performance, product quality, and user experience
* Support the full lifecycle from discovery to launch
* Help scale a product organisation during a pivotal growth phase
You’ll be joining the business at a critical moment, with full support from senior leadership and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on product culture and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
* 8+ years’ experience in complex B2B SaaS product environments
* A track record of owning product portfolios and leading product managers
* Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute at pace
* Exceptional product judgment and the ability to make confident trade-offs
* Experience driving product outcomes through empowered product teams
* Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
* Curiosity, customer empathy, and the ability to rapidly build domain expertise
* Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels
* Experience working in organisations undergoing significant growth or transformation
