We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join a dynamic team in Southend on a temporary full-time basis. Location: Southend Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Competitive Hourly Rate Key Responsibilities: Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies Assist with year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations Requirements: Previous experience in a payroll position (essential) Strong knowledge of payroll systems and current legislation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP, or similar) What's in it for you?
