The Role As Sales Support Administrator, you will: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider team. Assist with sales processes by preparing proposals, contracts, and reports. Maintain accurate records, manage client data, and track sales activity via the CRM system. Liaise with clients to handle enquiries and provide information in a professional manner. Coordinate internally to ensure bookings and project details are processed efficiently. Support marketing activity by preparing sales collateral and promotional materials. Assist with the organisation of client meetings, presentations, and events. Contribute to the smooth running and overall success of the sales department. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (experience in a commercial, project-based, or client-focused environment is advantageous). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus. A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
