Overview
The Bookings Officer plays a central role in the life of the University Church, coordinating venue hire for concerts, lectures, private events, and community activities across our historic spaces. As the first point of contact for clients, the Bookings Officer provides an efficient, friendly service—responding to enquiries, arranging site visits, managing bookings, and supporting the wider Events and Operations team to ensure every event runs smoothly. This role helps sustain our ministry of hospitality and our partnerships with the University, the city, and the many organisations who use our beautiful and unique venues.
