You may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. Referees may be asked to comment on your integrity and ethical behaviour. Adverse information does not necessarily disqualify an applicant but will be considered during the process.
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) is required. Employment offers are conditional on a satisfactory PEHA. An unsatisfactory PEHA will result in withdrawal of the offer. Refer to the WACHS PEHA Policy for more information.
This recruitment process may be used to fill other similar vacancies within the health service. If the successful applicant declines or vacates the position, the next suitable applicant may be selected from this process. This process remains valid for twelve (12) months from the endorsement date.
