Summary: To maintain relationships with customers through developing and delivering business planned objectives to increase growth. Acquire and develop new business within existing geographic areas. 30% of the role will be new business and 70% will be growing, maintaining and developing existing customer base. Salary: £28,000 commission Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 Location: Camberley (office based) Key Responsibilities: * New business growth through direct prospecting and pipelines. * Assist in existing customer retention by monitoring low or non-trade accounts and maintain relevant contact. * Achieve personal KPI’s, as well as contributing to the teams’ overall targets and profitability. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts. * Reactivate lapsed customers through targeted outreach and relationship rebuilding. * Work cross functionally with the Admin, Finance, Technical and Operations teams and work closely with ASM’s Requirements: * The ability and desire to sell. * Strong commercial awareness * Previous experience with selling a product, not a service.
