The applicant shall have significant experience of managing and delivering multi-million-pound capital projects related to building, engineering, and in particular projects related to utilities and energy performance.

They must have experience of managing large acute trust energy budgets and contracts, demonstrating ongoing management with demand reduction. They must be able to demonstrate significant understanding of risks related to backlog maintenance within an NHS property and successfully manage backlog programmes and risks. They should have a sound understanding of operational estates requirements through managing estates teams and clarity on the impact this has on an operational hospital. They must be very well versed in full estates assurance requirements and have significant experience of policy writing and implementation in this area.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
