This is a key role supporting the firm's growth strategy through the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals, and bids across multiple practice areas. Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: Full ownership of end-to-end tender and bid submissions Salary depending on experience Join a forward-thinking legal firm with opportunities for career development The Role: Manage the end-to-end tender process from evaluation through to submission Produce high-quality written content, including tenders, proposals, capability documents, and pitch materials Review tender requirements, interpret specifications, and plan submission timelines Coordinate contributions from legal and business teams, ensuring consistent, accurate responses Edit, proofread, and format documents to a high professional standard Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities across NI, ROI and UK markets Maintain up-to-date bid libraries, templates, and supporting materials Manage internal deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders contribute on time Support post-submission evaluation, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with internal processes, branding, and document standards The Person - What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in a tender, bid writing, proposals, or similar role Strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability with exceptional attention to detail Excellent project management skills - able to coordinate multiple contributors Ideally degree educated in English, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline Previous experience in a legal, professional services, or regulated environment is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with document templates and bid portals The Reward - What's in it for You?
