Murray Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and gain hands-on in administration, customer service, and finance.
The Business Administrator will play a key role in supporting the operations and finance team by managing administrative tasks, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Log incoming jobs from clients update systems and portals.
* Schedule and plan works efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
* Produce quotations and update client portals as required.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist with customer service enquiries, handling incoming queries professionally.
* Scan, file, and manage financial documents to maintain compliance and organisation.
* Process invoices and support the finance team with data entry.
* Assist with financial tasks during holidays and peak periods, with training provided.
* Keep internal systems updated to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.
* Willingness to learn new skills and develop finance-related knowledge.
Offering
* Salary up to £25,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm (Office based)
