What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive Kinship Assessments, including Viability assessments, Special Guardian assessments, and Connected Carer assessments.
- Work closely with children and families to ensure their needs are accurately assessed and addressed.
- Provide expert guidance and support within the fostering team to ensure best practices are maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all duties comply with council and legal standards.
- Collaborate with fellow professionals to develop effective strategies and solutions for complex cases.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Significant frontline experience in UK social services as a qualified social worker
- Proven experience working with children and families
