Hours: 9-6pm / 5.30pm
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Studio Operations & Administration
* Oversee day-to-day studio management and operations
* Answer calls and support general administration tasks
* Client management
* Maintain office facilities, safety compliance, and supplies
* Handle tech contracts and basic troubleshooting
* Lead planning of annual events (e.g., holiday parties)
* Coordinate staff travel and team events
* Diary management
2. Client & Project Management
* Prioritise, monitor, and respond to leads and enquiries
* Weekly planning across projects
* Management of project documentation
* Lead time management
* Procurement
* Coordinating diaries and appointments
3. Team & Culture
* Manage gifting for clients and colleagues
* Coordinate staff travel and team events
* Manage invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping
