IT Project Manager - Hybrid (Doncaster) - £49k + £6k Car Allowance + Bonus
The Role
An exciting organisation who operate in an interesting industry that has a great, positive impact across the UK are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team, based out of their Doncaster office.
You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from identification and initiation through to delivery, closure and benefits realisation. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget (budgets of £25k up to £1 million) and to agreed quality standards, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement across the business.
There will be the opportunity to work on a range of projects, some small, some large, sometimes managing a couple, sometimes managing a few more. All this is managed appropriately so you will never be stretched too far, but certainly enough to keep the role fresh and exciting.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prepare and execute detailed project plans (including dependencies and resource allocation), and drive successful outcomes in a multi-site environment.
Requirements
* IPM, PMI or APM qualified
* Proven experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently (on average 2-4)
* Strong experience delivering projects within budget, on time and to quality expectations
* Ability to prepare and execute detailed project plans including resource allocation and dependency mapping
* Demonstrable experience in governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement
* Strong supplier management experience within project environments
* Excellent communication skills with different stakeholder groups
Desirables
* Experience within the Housebuilding and Construction industry. Or a sector that produces a physical product.
* Strong understanding of change management and delivering change across multi-site locations.
