Ward33 are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 2 Healthcare Support Workerto join our Trauma and Orthopaedic department. There is an exciting opportunityto be a part of a dynamic team providing high-quality care to patientsundergoing orthopaedic treatments and surgeries.
You will work alongside otherhealthcare professionals such as Orthopaedic surgeons, Orthogeriatricconsultants, Physiotherapists, and Advanced Clinical Practitioners.Communication will be a vital part of your role to ensure safe and holisticcare. We take direct admissions from the Emergency Department and alsorepatriations from other hospitals.
The successful candidate will be expectedto model and uphold the Trust values and behaviours, providing a positive Cultureand environment for their colleagues and patients.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate willbe responsible for:
Maintaining a high standard of clinical work when carrying out tasks
Keeping up to date with all mandatory and role specific training

Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, youwill motivate colleagues, champion service user safety and dignity and drivecontinuous improvement.
