As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the long-term vision, driving innovative marketing execution, and building a globally resonant presence for the business's festivals.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Defining and executing the long-term marketing vision across the business's festival portfolio.
2. Translating brand strategy into data-driven, culturally rich multi-channel marketing campaigns.
3. Identifying new revenue and audience growth opportunities through digital innovation, brand partnerships, and platform integrations.
4. Evolving the business marketing stack to include predictive analytics and AI-driven insights.
5. Owning the global festival marketing budget; forecasting, managing, and optimizing for ROI.
6. Defining and tracking KPIs across ticket sales, campaign effectiveness, brand equity, and sponsor impact.
7. Building and mentoring a high-performing team across creative, digital, media, and CRM.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Detailed marketing leadership experience in live entertainment, music, media, or global brands—ideally with festival marketing experience.
2. Proven success leading large-scale, multi-market campaigns and teams.
3. Experience managing a junior team, spotting upskilling and training opportunities, and providing mentorship and coaching to ensure success and growth for direct reports.
4. Deep fluency in youth culture, music trends, and the global Black diaspora.
5. Expertise in digital performance marketing, brand storytelling, and CRM/loyalty strategy.
