An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and results-driven Branch Manager to join a very prominent and large Independent Agency in Barnhurst.

As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

1. £30,000 Basic salary
2. Additional guaranteed earnings for the first three months
3. £55,000 OTE
4. Uncapped commission structure
5. Company car or car allowance (up to £4,000)

As a Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

10. Lead daily branch operations to achieve performance and profitability targets
11. Drive business development initiatives to increase market share
12. Conduct market appraisals and secure new property instructions
13. Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for vendors
14. Generate new leads and maximise cross-selling opportunities
15. Inspire, manage, and develop team members through regular meetings and coaching
16. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity
17. Work collaboratively with colleagues to match buyers with suitable properties
18. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you must have:

19. Proven track record in estate agency, with the ability to convert valuations into instructions and sales
20. Demonstrable leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring team members
