Role Overview
As the Temp Office / Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients studio operates smoothly while contributing to exciting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Office Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Studio Manager of the Architects
* Assist with diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
* Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers
* Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use
* Support studio operations including filing, document management, and general upkeep
* Help coordinate internal events, team socials, and client meetings
Marketing Support
* Assist the Head of Brand & Marketing in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across various platforms
* Help maintain the company website by updating project pages and news items
* Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and press packs
* Coordinate photography and image archiving for completed projects
* Monitor press coverage and maintain media contact lists
* Assist with award submissions and the compilation of marketing reports
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role, ideally within a creative industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
* Social media savvy with a keen eye for design and detail
* A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude to tackle challenges head-on
